What to include

To help us understand the problem, please include:

• Your browser name and papertra.de extension version.
• Whether you were using Axiom, GMGN, or Terminal/Padre.
• The steps that led to the problem and what you expected to happen.
• A screenshot if it helps, with personal or sensitive information hidden.

Quick troubleshooting

The extension does not appear

Confirm that papertra.de is enabled in your browser's extensions page, then reload the supported Axiom, GMGN, or Terminal/Padre page.

A holding says “Last known”

On supported discovery pages, a held coin receives a live update while its card is visible on the page. Open or reopen the saved coin page when you need its current quote outside that visible list.

A simulated trade was cancelled

Check the status message in the widget. Your configured slippage tolerance can cancel a paper trade when the market moves too far during an execution delay.

Local data and backups

Simulated positions, history, journal notes, settings, and balances are stored locally through Chrome extension storage. Use Settings → Data → Export to create a backup and Import to restore one.

Fresh Start permanently resets trading progress. Export a backup before using it if you may want the old data later.

papertra.de is free forever. It is free to download and use, and no payment, subscription, trial counter, license key, or account is required.

The Add to Chrome button on the homepage opens the official Chrome Web Store listing. Microsoft Edge can also install extensions from the Chrome Web Store after allowing extensions from other stores. If you have trouble installing or updating the extension, send us your browser name and extension version.
