Agreement and publisher

These Terms of Use apply when you install, access, or use the papertra.de website or browser extension. By using the product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The product is published under the papertra.de name. Questions can be sent to support@papertra.de.

Educational simulation only

papertra.de is a virtual paper-trading simulator. It does not connect a wallet, hold funds, submit orders, execute trades, or provide brokerage, exchange, custody, investment-advisory, or financial-planning services.

Simulated prices, market-cap values, taxes, delays, slippage, P/L, and results may differ from real execution. Nothing shown by the product is financial advice, a recommendation, or a promise of profit. You remain responsible for every real financial decision.

Free access

papertra.de is free forever. It is free to download and use, and no payment, subscription, trial counter, license key, or Papertrade account is required.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the extension for lawful educational and simulated-trading purposes. Free access does not transfer ownership of the product, its code, branding, or other intellectual property.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use papertra.de to mislead others or represent simulated results as real execution.
• Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the product or a modified copy without permission.
• Use the product unlawfully, disrupt its services, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use papertra.de branding in a way that suggests you own or officially represent the product.

Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

Third-party platforms and independence

papertra.de works alongside supported Axiom, GMGN, and Terminal/Padre pages and may use public data services such as Dexscreener and Coinbase. Those products and services have their own terms, policies, availability, and technical behavior.

papertra.de is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Axiom, GMGN, Padre, Dexscreener, Coinbase, Google, or Chromium. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability, compatibility, and updates

We may update the extension, repair bugs, change features, or add and remove supported platforms when security, policy, technical, or third-party changes require it. Future updates do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every browser or platform page.

Free access does not include a guaranteed maintenance period, response time, resolution time, or obligation to implement requested features. We aim to keep papertra.de useful and compatible, but updates and fixes are provided on a reasonable, best-efforts basis.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, policy violations, or unlawful use.

Support requests may be sent to support@papertra.de. Email support is provided on a reasonable, best-efforts basis and does not guarantee continuous availability, a particular reply time, or a successful fix for every issue.

Privacy and local data

Simulated balances, trades, positions, history, journal notes, and settings are stored locally through Chrome extension storage. The Privacy Policy explains how Papertrade handles data and uses public market-data services.

You are responsible for keeping exported backups secure. Removing the extension can remove locally stored data.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, papertra.de is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, market-data accuracy, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued third-party compatibility.

papertra.de is not responsible for real trades, losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made using simulated information. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may revise these terms when the product or law changes. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
